This will be your job

• Proactive support for our lawyers in general secretarial tasks (e.g. file creation, document filing, document storage).e.g. file creation, document filing, calendar management etc.)
• Proper support of ongoing business and close contact with clients (verbal and written in German and English)
• Coordination of appointments and meetings as well as travel management including administrative processing and follow-up
• Corresponding with clients, courts and authorities
• Creating, designing and revising presentations, documents and pleadings
• Information gathering and research, as well as general office tasks
• Of course, we also count on your overview in terms of organization
• In addition, your trained eye for detail comes into play in file management, data creation and processing as well as billing

What you bring

• You have completed vocational training as a paralegal (m/f/d), ideally also a legal specialist (m/f/d) or have professional experience in the field of assistance, ideally in a law firm
• Ambitious young professionals (m/f/d) are also very welcome to join us. A thorough induction is a matter of course.
• You are business fluent in German and have a good command of English
• In addition, you are well versed in the use of common MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Your personality is characterized by a quick grasp, organizational skills, diligence and reliability
