Your tasks:

• Processing guarantee and warranty claims through to completion
• Communication with manufacturers, service providers and partners
• Control and management of invoices and parts provided

What we expect:

• Technical training, ideally in the automotive sector
• Commercial skills and technical know-how
• Experience with Microsoft Office and merchandise management systems
• Organizational talent and precision
• German (very good) and English skills
