Intern in customer service (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Responding to written and telephone customer inquiries and finding solutions to customer problems
• Supporting projects to improve usability, customer touch points and user experience
• Analysis and optimization of order processes and processing of customer inquiries via various channels
• Active exchange with contractual partners to gain comprehensive insights into e-commerce topics
• Creating and evaluating customer surveys, implementing the insights gained
• Co-designing the customer experience in the online store and contributing your own ideas

• Dedicated approach to implementing and promoting improvements
• Excellent communication skills and a feel for customer requirements
• Confident use of MS Office programs
