Personnel clerk (m/f/d)

We are looking for support in HR administration for an internationally successful mechanical engineering company. The full-time position is based in Heinsberg and starts as part of a temporary employment contract, with the option of being taken on if the collaboration is successful.

Tasks

• Preparation of payroll accounting
• Processing personnel data from entry to exit
• Drafting employment contracts, references, etc.
• Control of deadlines
• Creation of statistics and evaluations
• Reporting of key figures
• Certification and coordination with authorities, health insurance companies, social security institutions...
• Contact person (m/f/d) for all employees (m/f/d) on personnel-related topics, e.g. payroll accounting
• Contact with the personnel service providers
• Correspondence with lawyers, courts, authorities. Social insurance etc.
• Participation in HR projects

Qualification

• Commercial training, e.g. industrial clerk (m/f/d) or similar
• Experience in personnel administration
• Good IT skills (SAP an advantage)
