Communicating with people is exactly your thing - whether on the phone or in person. Happy customers are your passion! With your self-confident demeanor and personality, you manage to make your counterpart smile even in complicated moments. What drives you: giving our customers the best vacation of their lives - with the right product, spare part, accessory or even just the right care tip.

Your main area of responsibility:

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training and/or professional experience in a commercial/technical environment
• Career changers with relevant professional experience are also welcome
• Communicative - your flair for dealing with customers is your great strength
• Sure handling of MS Office, as well as initial experience in merchandise management, ERP software or similar is an advantage
• Careful and structured way of working
