• You develop and implement an integrated communication strategy
• You coordinate marketing campaigns - internally and externally, online and offline
• You take responsibility for our external impact: Website, campaigns, blog, podcast, corporate presence - all from a single source
• You systematically expand our brand awareness and market position - with strategy, storytelling and a flair for impact
• Conception, coordination and communication of applications for rankings, awards, pitches or tenders
• You keep an eye on deadlines, formats and requirements - and regularly save us from "deadline disasters"
• You work closely with the event and social media marketing teams

What you bring to the table

You not only get to the heart of our messages, but also drive our business forward. With a clear eye for opportunities, target groups and potential, you ensure that we are heard, seen and found - and not by chance.

• A degree in communications, PR, marketing or a comparable qualification
• Experience in marketing or business development - ideally in an environment with strong communication skills
• You are structured, stress-resistant and don't lose track of things even with 12 open submissions
• You write precisely, clearly and sometimes creatively - in German & English
• Confident appearance and negotiating skills
• You have heard of homepage relaunches before
• Experience in dealing with media
