We are looking for dedicated support for our service team in Aalen / Oberkochen as:
IT Network Service Technician (f/m/d)
Help us to support external and internal customers by performing various technical tasks in the area of installation, repair and shutdown of network elements
Tasks
Maintenance and installation of LAN and WAN environments
End-to-end troubleshooting, troubleshooting and troubleshooting
Administration of ticket management systems
External technical testing of devices
Managing the logistics of spare parts and repairs
Setting up hardware and downloading device configurations at the customer
Activities related to network and customer maintenance and installation. (service desks, telco, etc.)
Oversee administrative tasks such as equipment handover, updating service coordination, closing cases
Coordination and management of network infrastructure changes
Qualification
Practical experience in the field of network technology (installation/ update/ de-installation/ repair) - CCNA certification would be great
Very good understanding of LAN & WAN technologies, telecommunication technologies and protocols
PC knowledge in the area of MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Explorer, Visio, etc.
Language skills: fluent in German and English
