- You will support the Head of Electrical Engineering in word and deed as Deputy Head
- As a sparring partner, you pass the ball around and optimize your working environment
- You plan your colleagues' construction site assignments to ensure that everything runs smoothly
- You use your knowledge of switchgear construction to support your colleagues
- You act as an essential link between technology and sales
You bring these skills with you
- Training as a technician or master electrician
- Experience in leading technical teams
- German very good, good knowledge of English
- Knowledge in the field of electrical design / switchgear construction
- Initiative and inventiveness
- Enjoy dealing with people
