• You take on strategic and operational responsibility for our entire IT infrastructure, systems and processes

• You ensure compliance with data protection, IT compliance and legal requirements in data processing
• You work closely with the management and specialist departments on digital transformation projects - especially in the area of legal tech and process optimization

What you bring

A passion for discovering potential in new technologies!

• A degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of management experience, e.g. in an IT environment in a comparable position
• Ideally experience in a law firm or professional services environment - with an understanding of client needs, time billing and efficiency
• Ideally - in addition or as an alternative to the previous point, you have experience in the transformation of partly analog business models to digital business models
• The ability to see IT not just as an infrastructure, but as a tool for process optimization
• , think of IT not just as infrastructure, but as a lever for business success and to "sell" it in internal and external communication
• Confident, convincing manner towards the partnership and executives - even in complex decision-making processes
• Sound knowledge of IT security, data protection (e.g. data privacy) and IT security.e.g. GDPR) and cyber risk management
• Visionary ideas and at best experience in the development and use of AI in the legal environment
• Experience in the further development and implementation of a legal operations strategy together with our strong team
• Strategic-analytical thinking, innovative spirit and a high affinity for IT

• Business fluent in German and English
