Part-time office assistant 20 hours/week, preferably in the afternoon

We are looking for a reliable and committed office assistant for 20 hours per week, mainly in the afternoon (Mon-Thu 13-17h, Fri 11-15h) to strengthen our office team.

Responsibilities:

• General office work
• Phone and written correspondence
• Order processing
• Preparatory bookkeeping
• Invoice preparation
• Collaboration in certification processes
• Travel planning and management, etc.

Requirements:

• Commercial training with several years of professional experience
• PC skills (Windows, Office 365, Lexware merchandise management advantageous)
• Experience in the processing of certification processes is an advantage

• Basic knowledge of English
