Job description / job requirements
Scope of duties:
• The reception and support of our customers are close to your heart
• Solving customer problems quickly, reliably and with due regard to economic efficiency
• Responsible for vehicle acceptance, order preparation, appointment coordination and initiation of activities
• Carry out test drives for damage assessment and diagnosis;and arrange for the immediate rectification of defects
• Provision and handover of replacement vehicles
• Vehicle handover to the customer / invoice payment
• You approach customers openly and sympathetically, take their wishes and questions seriously and thus live customer orientation and service quality at a high level
Qualifications, skills / knowledge / requirements:
• Completed technical or commercial training with an additional qualification in vehicle technology
• Commercial knowledge
• Good specialist knowledge and excellent communication skills
• You will use your communication skills both for customer service and for the quality of service;
• At the earliest possible date
